Temple Rental

What’s Included

Rentals are for the main floor, which includes:
The sensory room
The bar area
Restrooms
(Upstairs available by request for long-term rentals or content shoots.)

Rental Rates

Friday/Saturday (weekends) – $777 minimum
Weekdays (Sun–Thurs) – $444 minimum
Both floors? – Flat fee of $1,222

Sliding scale / trade / community pricing available

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposit: $222, due at booking
Refunds: Only if canceled 3+ weeks in advance
Deposits are otherwise nonrefundable

Cleanup & Conduct

Hosts are responsible for cleanup
A $111 cleaning fee applies if the space is not returned to good condition
Any damage will be addressed directly with the host

Rules of the Temple

Consent culture is sacred here.
No open flames or wax.
Capacity limit is 111 guests unless renting both floors.
Hosts must use our waiver (we provide it — you collect the signatures).
A hold harmless agreement is required.

Setup & Support

1 hour before + 1 hour after for setup/teardown is included
More time can be added for an additional fee
Hosts must provide their own volunteers/staff
Sound and light equipment available with brief training
Outside vendors welcome (but no overnight storage)
Food and alcohol are permitted — please ask for permission in advance if serving booze
