We offer meditation to the community because believe in and have felt the benefits meditation can provide. People often think meditation means you have to force your mind to go blank and if you can't do it, then you're doing it wrong. While it is the goal, there's a reason it's called a practice. We practice going into stillness so we can bring that stillness with us wherever we go. Guided meditation offers you a different route to get you to a similar place of calm and relaxation while taking the pressure off yourself to "perform". There is no doing it right or wrong, it's more of doing it or not doing it. Much like dancing, the point isn't to be the fastest or the best, the point is to dance because it feels.The option to have clothes on is one that allows people to move at their own speed. Get naked, don’t get naked - either way you will be supported and loved.
