In regard to the matter of attending any and all events associated with One Mind LLC, hosted within Samsara Temple (in person or virtual) or in collaboration with any other entity, I agree to the following terms:

1. to not disclose any details of the events without explicit written permission from the organizers

2. to not disclose any of the other participants, real or assumed identities, even with the permission of those participants as this disclosure would violate this agreement

3. to take or release any still photographs of the event without explicit written permission of the organizers.

4. to take or release any form of video or sound recorded form of the event without explicit written permission of the organizers.

I further agree to keep any and all event activities private and refrain from any discussion with other parties understanding the content may be proprietary in nature of the organizers or their presenters or other affiliates or collaborators of One Mind LLC and Samsara Temple LLC.

I understand this is a legal and binding agreement and by signing this I can and will be held to all the agreements within it. I understand by breaking any of these agreements, I could be held financially and/or legally responsible for any and all consequences under both Missouri State Laws and federal laws as pursuant statutes for virtual and digital events.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold One Mind LLC ( referred to as the organizer) and all collaborators, partner entities, representers, and any one in affiliation with the organizer) harmless from any and all damages from my willing and consensual participation in this event. This includes any real or assumed financial, physical, emotional, spiritual, and sexual health related damages to myself, sexual partners, friends, families or any other person representing me. I further release the organizer from any and all responsibility for my death if that were to occur, as I am in reasonably good health with no known underlying health conditions that would cause any issues with my participation in any of the activities with this event.
